Can I start using the new giving tool NOW?
Yes!
Why are we changing to a different online giving tool?
The previous vendor, Vanco Payment Systems, will not be supported by Servant Keeper (the software that we use for membership and contribution management) after May 31, 2025. Servant Keeper Giving is a great improvement, with a better user interface and better integration with our accounting. Visit your Vanco account here.
What is the first thing I need to do to use it?
Set up an account by clicking on the “Continue” button. This will bring you to a login screen where you can create an account. 
Do I HAVE to create an account?
No, you don’t. You can skip the sign-in and donate as a guest.
I have more than one email account. What is the best one for me to use for my giving?
The best email address to use is the one that you’ve previously given FPCMV for contacting you. Using this email makes it easier for us to connect your gift to your FPCMV giving account.
I liked that I could set up recurring payments with our former giving tool. Is this still available?
Yes, both one-time and recurring payments are available. If you haven’t made recurring payments before, consider trying it now.
I have been making recurring gifts to the church through the Vanco app. How do I stop these payments?
Log into your Vanco account by accessing it here. You should cancel your recurring payments, delete your bank account settings, and delete your Vanco account (deleting the Vanco account will also automatically cancel the recurring payments).
