We are once again partnering with Family Giving Tree to donate school supplies for families in need. This year, we are focusing on supplies for students in grades 6-12. We will collect the items on the list below until Sunday, July 20 in the Cart of Good Giving in the narthex. Consider picking some up when you are shopping for office supplies or in a drug store. Supply list: Grades 6-12
- Backpack – minimum 17” tall (no red, blue, turquoise backpacks)
- 2-pocket Folder (4) (paper or plastic, different colors preferred)
- Notebooks, College Rule (3) (minimum size 10 ½ x 7 ½ inch sheets)
- Graphing notebook
- Water Bottle, 18+ oz (metal or plastic (BPA-free) bottle, with fully closed lid, NO straws)
- Pencils, 12 Pack (#2 pencils, sharpened preferred)
- Colored Pencils, 12 Pack (1) (12 different colors, sharpened preferred)
- Pens, 10 Pack (ballpoint pens, black or blue only)
- Index Cards, 100 Pack (3in x 5in cards; 4in x 6in okay. Lined preferred, blank or colored okay)
- Pocket Tissue Pack
- Wired Earbuds
- Pencil Pouch (soft preferred)
- Highlighters (2) (thick or thin, multiple colors ok)
- Toothbrush, Adult
- Toothpaste, travel size
- Pencil Sharpener (dual hole with a barrel to catch shavings. NO electric sharpeners)
- Erasers (2)
- Floss, roll
